Events at BlueBridge

Located in Northern Michigan, BlueBridge offers unique indoor/outdoor event spaces for up to 260 people. Nestled among the beauty of Northern Michigan, BlueBridge features beautiful garden areas and outdoor covered patios upon entrance at both our large venues. Our Bridge and Blue indoor event spaces are equipped with upgraded sound, lighting and AV technology, large round tables and chairs as well as a large elevated stage. Enjoy free on-site paved parking and free wifi. For an additional fee, we can provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services, DJ, and floral and decor services. Corporate events include: parties (holiday celebrations, retirement, and achievement), trainings, as well as fundraisers to name a few. Family events include: parties (birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations), family reunions, class reunions, sporting event parties, vow renewal ceremonies, and funerals. Overall, we work to partner with you to make your event or celebration a success. Venue Fee (20% discount for non-profit organizations).


The Bridge Centre is available April – December / (Closed January – March)

Capacity:
• up to 200 guests – April, May, October, November, December
• up to 250 guests – June, July, August, September

A beautiful outdoor covered patio and garden area make for an inviting welcome. Our outdoor area is perfect for fun gatherings or event breaks and flows nicely into the indoor event space. Inside the venue, the high, open ceiling and bright ambient lighting gives an open and inviting feel. Showcased in the center of the venue is the stage and a large dance floor as well as viewing monitors on the end walls and a large 70” HD mobile monitor. Therefore, large presentations are accessible to everyone.
Rental Fee: $500/hour with a three hour minimum.
*Additional $1,000 for the use of the Bridge Chapel

Beverages

BlueBridge has a liquor license issued by the State of Michigan and is governed by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through BlueBridge. 

Beverage service (liquor, beer, wine, soda) can be provided in one of three ways:

  1. By offering a cash bar where guests pay for their drinks themselves
  2. By tracking drinks throughout the event and then charging the client after the event
  3. By purchasing a beverage package prior to the event

• Includes basic mixers and clear plastic cups
• Coffee, lemonade, and iced tea may be purchased by the gallon upon request

Bartenders

The bartender fee is $35/hour per bartender. The fee will be based on the number of hours the bar is open, plus one hour prior for setup and one hour after for clean up.

• One (1) bartender: up to 75 guests
• Two (2) bartenders: 75 to 175 guests
• Three (3) bartenders: 175 to 260 guests

Flowers and Décor

BlueBridge has an in-house floral design team and are made on-site. You can collaborate with our team to help bring your event to life. Prices vary based on choices.

DJ Service

DJ service can be provided for an hourly fee of $150.00 (3-hour minimum). The fee will be based on the number of hours the DJ plays, plus 1 hour prior for setup. This service includes music, microphones, and dance lights. 

Linen Fee (white, ivory, or black)

• 108” round: $8 each
120” round: $10 each (floor length)
132” round: $12 each (floor length)
• 90 x 90 square: $5 each
• 90 x 132 rectangle: $10 each (floor length for 6’ table)
90 x 156 rectangle: $12 each (floor length for 8’ table)
• Napkins: .50 each

Catering

Our preferred caterers (Grandview and Uptown) can provide food for an additional cost.
We also have a list of approved caterers that we can provide you upon request.

Woodside Tent

Seasonal event and reception space – May through October
The Woodside Tent is a great location for your rehearsal dinner and can accommodate up to 60 guests. Nestled amongst mature trees and beautiful landscaping this private space operates seasonally between May and October. Includes tables, chairs, linens, bartender, event manager, sound system for music of your choice. There is an additional fee for your custom beverage package. Rental Fee: $950
