Events at BlueBridge
Nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan, BlueBridge offers distinctive indoor and outdoor event spaces for gatherings of up to 250 guests. From the moment you arrive, beautifully landscaped gardens and covered patios at both of our signature venues set the tone for a memorable experience.
Inside, the Bridge and Blue event spaces feature high ceilings, upgraded sound and lighting, advanced AV technology, a spacious elevated stage, and comfortable seating with large round tables. Additional amenities, including complimentary on-site paved parking and Wi-Fi, ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

For an additional fee, we can provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services, DJ, and floral and decor services. Overall, we work to partner with you to make your event or celebration a success. Venue Fee (20% discount for non-profit organizations).

The Bridge Centre
The Bridge Centre is available April – December / (Closed January – March)
Capacity:
• 200 guests – April, May, October, November, December
• 250 guests – June, July, August, September
Begin your event with a warm welcome on the covered patio and garden, where outdoor beauty flows effortlessly into the indoor space that provides an ideal “up north” setting for gatherings. Inside, an open layout with high ceilings, ambient lighting, a central stage, and large display screens creates a connected experience for both celebrations and presentations. The space has 2 viewing monitors located on the side walls and a large 70” HD mobile monitor.
Rental Fee: $500/hour with a three hour minimum.
*Additional $1,000 for the use of the Bridge Chapel

Beverages
BlueBridge has a liquor license issued by the State of Michigan and is governed by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through BlueBridge.
Beverage service (liquor, beer, wine, soda) includes basic mixers and quality clear plastic cups. Choose your beverage service from the below options:
- Offer a cash bar where guests pay for their drinks themselves
- Track drinks throughout the event and then charging the client after the event
- Purchase a beverage package prior to the event
- Please note that coffee, lemonade, and/or iced tea may be purchased by the gallon upon request
Bartenders
The bartender fee is $35/hour per bartender. The fee will be based on the number of hours the bar is open, plus one hour prior for setup and one hour after for clean up.
• One (1) bartender: up to 75 guests
• Two (2) bartenders: 75 to 175 guests
• Three (3) bartenders: 175 to 260 guests
Flowers and Décor
BlueBridge has an in-house floral design team and are made on-site. You can collaborate with our team to help bring your event to life. Prices vary based on choices.
DJ Service
DJ service can be provided for an hourly fee of $300.00 (3-hour minimum). The fee will be based on the number of hours the DJ plays, plus 1 hour prior for setup. This service includes music, microphones, and dance lights.
Linen Fee (white, ivory, or black)
• 108” round: $8 each
• 120” round: $10 each (floor length)
• 132” round: $12 each (floor length)
• 90 x 90 square: $5 each
• 90 x 132 rectangle: $10 each (floor length for 6’ table)
• 90 x 156 rectangle: $12 each (floor length for 8’ table)
• Napkins: .50 each
Catering
Our preferred caterers (Grandview and Uptown Catering) can provide food for an additional cost. We also have a list of approved caterers that we can provide you upon request.

The Blue Centre
The Blue Centre is available for weddings and events year round!
Capacity:
• up to 100 guests April, May, October,November, December
• up to 150 guests – June, July, August, September

Inside, high ceilings and soft ambient lighting create an open, relaxed atmosphere, centered around a stage and spacious dance floor. Integrated display screens throughout the space ensure every moment or presentation can be shared with ease.
Rental Fee: $500/hour with a three hour minimum.
*Additional $1,000 for the use of the outdoor Blue Chapel

Woodside Tent
Seasonal Event and Rehearsal Dinner Space – May through October
The Woodside Tent is a great location for smaller events or rehearsal dinners and can accommodate up to 60 guests. Nestled amongst mature trees and beautiful landscaping this private space operates seasonally between May and October. Includes tables, chairs, linens, bartender, event manager, sound system for music of your choice. There is an additional fee for your custom beverage package. Rental Fee: $950
